OEM · ODM · Private label

Build your eyewear line with a factory that will tell you what is possible.

We manufacture acetate optical frames and sunglasses for brands, retailers, distributors and importers who sell under their own name. The work below is what a programme with us actually involves.

Which model fits

OEM, ODM or private label.

These three terms get used interchangeably and they should not be. The difference is simply who owns the design and how much of it already exists.

OEM

You own the design.

You arrive with a technical drawing, a CAD file or a physical reference frame. We engineer it into something producible in acetate, sample it, and manufacture it under your brand. The design remains yours throughout.

Suits: Brands with in-house design, or an existing range being moved to a new supplier.

ODM

We develop it with you.

You start from our shapes and sheet library and we adapt from there — colourway, sizing, rim profile, temple treatment — until the model belongs to your range rather than ours. Faster to market than developing a shape from scratch.

Suits: Retailers and distributors launching an own-brand line without a design team.

Private label

Your name on our frames.

Take models we already produce and put your identity on them: brand mark on the temple, your size-marking format, your packaging. The shortest route from decision to stock on a shelf.

Suits: Optical chains and wholesalers building a house brand alongside branded stock.

How it works

Nine steps from enquiry to shipment.

Most of the risk in a manufacturing programme sits in the first four steps. We spend the time there so the last five are uneventful.

  1. 01

    Requirement discussion

What you sell, who buys it, the price position you need to hit and the quantities you are working to. This conversation determines everything after it.

  2. 02

    Design or reference submission

Send drawings, CAD, sketches, images or a physical sample. A frame you already sell is the most useful reference of all.

  3. 03

    Material selection

Sheet colour, pattern and construction chosen against your design and your market. We flag anything that will not hold at the size you want.

  4. 04

    Prototype & sampling

A physical sample is produced in the actual material. Nothing proceeds until you have handled it and approved it.

  5. 05

    Branding & customisation

Logo placement, engraving method, marking format and colourway signed off on the approved sample.

  6. 06

    Production

The run is scheduled and manufactured against the approved sample, which stays as the reference for the batch.

  7. 07

    Quality inspection

Checks through production and a final inspection before packing, against the specification you approved.

  8. 08

    Packaging

Cases, cloths, cartons and any retail-ready presentation your market requires, produced to your artwork.

  9. 09

    Export & shipping

Packed and documented for international dispatch, with paperwork prepared for the destination market.

Customisation

Everything that carries your name.

Branding is not only the logo on the temple. It is the marking format, the case the customer opens and the carton your stockist unpacks.

Logo printing
Pad-printed brand marks on the temple, front or bridge, in your specified colour.
Laser engraving
Permanent marking for positions where printing would wear with handling.
Temple markings
Model reference, size marking and origin laid out to your house format.
Custom colourways
Sheet selected or specified to match your palette rather than ours.
Cases & cloths
Branded hard cases, pouches and microfibre cloths supplied with the frames.
Retail packaging
Cartons and presentation built for the shelf your product lands on.

Export

Supplying international buyers.

We work with buyers outside India as a matter of course. What that means in practice is set out here rather than claimed in a headline.

  • Enquiries in English

Specifications, samples and approvals handled in English throughout.

  • Direct communication

You deal with the people running the production rather than an agent layer.

  • Sample-first

A physical approved sample before any production commitment, shipped to you.

  • Export documentation

Paperwork and packing prepared for the destination market from the start.

  • Honest scoping

If a requirement is outside what we do well, we say so at enquiry stage.

Before you write to us

What makes an enquiry easy to answer.

You do not need all of this. But the more of it you can send, the more useful our first reply will be.

  1. The frame type and shape you are after — or a reference image of something close.
  2. Approximate quantity per model, and how many models you are planning.
  3. Your destination market, which affects sizing and any required markings.
  4. Whether you need OEM, ODM or private label — or a description if you are unsure.
  5. Your branding requirements: logo, engraving, packaging.
  6. The delivery window you are working to.
