This site is operated by Rushabh Trading Company (RTC Eyewear), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover information you provide to us through other channels, such as a trade fair or a direct commercial agreement.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you complete the enquiry form, that means the details you enter into it — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the nature of your enquiry and your message.

This website does not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.

How the enquiry form works

At present the enquiry form does not send data to a server we control. When you submit it, the details you entered are composed into a message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device, addressed to our business number. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in WhatsApp. That message is then handled by WhatsApp under their own terms and privacy policy, and by us as described below.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirement.
• To prepare quotations, samples and specifications you have asked for.
• To maintain an ordinary commercial record of our dealings with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially relevant, and for any period required by applicable law and tax rules. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain them.

Hosting and international transfer

This site is served as static files through a content delivery network, which means it may be delivered to you from a server outside India. Standard server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Your choices
